I mean, at this point "CLOUDFLARE™" is a household brand in the web scene, like "Chrome®" or "not your momma's AJAX"

I dunno how many people are using cloudflare for screwing people over or if that's just a bonus

And there is the problem: yes, 99.99% of CF customers do not even care about browser diversity, they only care about "please stop attacking us", consequences be damned

the problem might be that knowledge about how cloudflare rejects all but soem browsers is not widespread

if that gets to be as common knowledge as knowing who is cloudflare, then at least tech sites might be less likely to use them, except those owned by people who "what your phone is more than three months old? mon dieu!"

ha, my newest cellphone is a paradox

...but it's a model released in December 2023, and already superseded by a newer model in March 2025

all I know it's "Samsung doesn't really care about major Android updates for anything but the flagships"

(even when the marketing materials promise "up to 4 major relesases", spoilers: 0 is "up to 4")

my phones get negative updates.. i lose functionality and useability with each one hardware or softtware

for now I am gonna create some kickstarts for el8/9 and fedora current for a development and testing environment .. unless I just do it dnf chroot style and wim capture em.. but then I have to learn to create a livecd to be able to dist and deploy.. eh anaconda kickstarts are more generally useful..
