i was thinking of making 6 stage tarballs and a single install

well there is the sysroot and then there is the rpm real distro.. so stages make little sense since under my older designations stage 1 and 2 are functionally worthless past generating baseos rpms

so I have the sysroot .. which is needed to build the real baseos

a fairly complete one but never the less it isn't bootable

so i am looking more at build targets

crosstools, the sysroot proper, rpms

build extras from baseos rpm installed root .. a complete system.. the LFS++ you have directly cause you don't need an intermediary stage

bootstrap is only a matter of crosstools

but i am going past tthatt

my marinv 2 is rebased on juan's xbps actually

as it was a pacman fork bnefore

but juan is a coding genius imo

of course being 2 yrs out of date it's a bit outdarte din ideas so that is what I ripped out and improved

also for performance reasons but the base is solid

ive started putting my zbc files with the source files and a simple install.sh to copy over
