according to the release notes SM 2.53.21B1 contains mainly fixes for ChatZilla. Are there any fixes for improving the compatibility to recent web sites included ? (few sites tested does not show any improvements)

frg: unsigned SeaMonkey for Windows is really a problem in Enterprise environment and I don't understand why it takes several month to get code signing based on FIPS 140-2 especially as your building infrastructure is running on Azure.
